Step 2: Design & Visualize
Knowing that a “picture is worth a thousand words” our staff
provides design services to bring your dream to life. Using
“20/20” computer generated conceptual drawings, we offer you
alternative design options from which to choose.
Step 3: Financing
GTFM Design & Build will assist you by introducing you to
top lending institutions in the area who will arrange the financing
that best suits your needs. Whether you are doing a simple family
room addition or a whole house renovation, they have many options
available making your home improvement dreams well within your
reach.
Step 4: Permits and Paperwork
We handle all applications for permits and submission of all
necessary paperwork needed for your project. There is no red
tape for you to worry about. Our goal is to make your remodel

Step 5: Your Personal Project Manager
Before any work begins on your project, we assign and introduce
a personal Project Manager who will review your plans. Your
Project Manager will ensure that all work is done to the highest
professional standards and that your utmost satisfaction is
the priority every step of the way. Overseeing the entire crew,
coordinating all scheduling and inspections and answering any
questions and concerns you may have, your Project Manager will
be available to you at all times from concept to completion.
